New Zealand $10 (free shipping for all orders over $49), Australia $20, everywhere else in the world $40
We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. If you are living in New Zealand, you should receive your delivery within 5 business days / 7 days for rural deliveries. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped. You can check the progress of your order by checking your tracking number or by emailing us at email@example.com
Please note that we are a physical store and a lot of our stock is sold in real time off the shop floor – there may be certain instances when your item has sold out at the time of purchase. In the rare case that this occurs we will provide 100% refund.
We're not able to deliver to P.O. Box, so please provide a physical street address.
All international orders (except Australia) may take up to 8 weeks from purchase date (due to current shipping times). Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes & duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination & these may vary widely from country to country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you (the customer); we have no control over these charges & cannot predict what they may be.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt, where the products are in new, unworn & unwashed condition with tags attached. If you would like to return an item, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please include the items you would like to return & the reason for your return.

Once we have received your item, we will process your refund back to the original form of payment & notify you when this has been completed, which usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your bank provider. Please note that shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount.
If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible. Items can only be exchanged for other items on shop.cardrona.com & not at any of our physical stores. Items are to be returned in a new, unworn & unwashed condition with tags attached. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
